Private & semi-private classes
Private sessions are an excellent way to start yoga and to build a strong and safe foundation for the practice before attending open classes or practicing at home. Also, if you have a specific need or injury, or you would like to work deeper with a specific theme, through private sessions we are able to create a yoga practice, possibly combined with meditation and breath work, that will support you individually on your journey. Also, if you would like to practice together with friends or your partner, semi-private sessions are possible.
