NATURE IN MOVEMENT - WORKSHOP IN BESTENSEE
STAY TUNED FOR THE DATES IN SUMMER 2024 by subscribing to my Newsletter.
DATES 2023:
Saturday 19.08.2023
11.30h - 15.30h
1-day workshop of body, nature and dance composition. We will meet at train station Bestensee and from there bike together to a nearby nature reserve area with untouched forests, lakes and fields. Attuning to the rhythm of the nature, we give space for our senses to grow sharper, inviting the world to speak to us in rich colours, sounds, shapes and textures, and in turn, ourselves to “speak with it“ through our movement, presence and attunement. By approaching our bodies, the movement and the surroundings with a sense of curiousity and wonder, we allow receptivity and playfulness to guide our research. We will look at the composition of the natural elements and create instant movement compositions in relation to, and inspired by our immediate natural surroundings. In the workshop we will engage both the inner, individual, experiental level of the research and also our artistic, visual, performative perception.
The workshop is open for everyone regardless of experience.
Afterwards there is a possibility to swim in a lake and to spend some time together with the group.
Take the RE7 train from Berlin to Bestensee with your bike, arrival time 11.27 and as we have the group collected, we will start the journey together. In case you want to come by car, please let me know and I will give you instructions for that.
*Spots are limited! Booking: [email protected]
*in case of rainy weather, the workshop will be moved to another date or if not possible, canceled
*Cost: 45 euros
"Absolutely love Annukkas spirit and energy. I went to all her nature dancing sessions and every single one was an amazing journey! Annukka lead gently through the process making it simple to follow. Together and in tune with nature we created some magical dances in the forest. I’m grateful I had the opportunity to participate in this powerful and rooting experience." Chiara Heinzelmann
