MINDFUL FLOW YOGA - ONLINE CLASS

Set up a cozy space in your home and come join this gentle vinyasa
flow practice via Zoom every Thursday evening!
This is a chance to commit to a regular yoga practice from the comfort of your own home and to experience its multiple benefits in the following colder months, when our bodies need extra support and commuting to in-person classes might not always be the most pleasant option.
With a peaceful, somatic approach I guide my students through a holistic practice, where the body is invited into a nourishing movement flow through yoga asanas, stretches and breath work. Rather than reaching for extremities, we work on qualities of sensing and embodiment, towards an increased sense of presence, coherent body awareness and a more regulated nervous system. I hold space for my students to connect deeply with themselves and to practice in a safe, self-compassionate, sustainable way, leaving the sessions relaxed and refreshed. From time to time we do a softer "deep relax" practice with restorative elements. The individual wishes and needs of the participants will be considered every time in the beginning of the class.

Participation with a monthly payment according to your financial situation and consideration:
Sliding scale 36-56 euros / month
** Including 4 live online classes per month via Zoom + the recording of each class that stays in the portal for the following 3 weeks**
(if you miss the live class, you can do the recording later on or alternatively if you wish to practice more often than once a week, you will always have recorded classes that you can repeat)
