flow practice via Zoom every Thursday evening!
With a peaceful, somatic approach I guide my students through a holistic practice, where the body is gently invited into a nourishing movement flow through yoga asanas, stretches and breath work. Rather than reaching for extremities, we work on qualities of sensing and embodiment, towards an increased sense of presence, coherent body awareness and a more regulated nervous system. I hold space for my students to connect deeply with themselves and to practice in a safe, self-compassionate, sustainable way, leaving the sessions relaxed and refreshed.
For the class you will need the Zoom app on your computer (or phone), a mat to practice on, a blanket or a pillow and a space where you will not be disturbed.
