The focus in my yoga classes is the awareness of breath and body as anchors to the present moment, safe, healthy anatomic alignment and a holistic, peaceful approach that leads into a heightened sense of awareness and a more regulated nervous system. Rather than reaching for extremities, we work on qualities of presence and embodiment. I hold space for my students to connect deeply with themselves and to practice in a sustainable way, leaving the sessions relaxed and refreshed.
For the class you will need the Zoom app on your computer (or phone), a mat to practice on, a blanket or a pillow and a space where you will not be disturbed.
