Private sessions are an excellent way to start yoga and to build a strong and safe foundation for the practice before attending open classes or practicing at home. Also, if you have a specific need or injury, or you would like to work deeper with a specific theme, through private sessions we are able to create a yoga practice, possibly combined with meditation and breath work, that will support you individually on your journey. This is a great long term investment in yourself. Also, if you would like to practice together with friends or your partner, semi-private sessions are possible.
