Due to COVID-19 most of my in person classes have been canceled / postponed for now. I am currently offering classes online via Zoom.
The price of the classes is 9-12 euros, 5 time cards are also available (40-60 euros). If you are financially suffering from the current situation, feel free to pay what you can and want. Payment is to be made via Paypal or bank transfer before the class. You will get the details when signing in.

Classes are open for all levels, but as in this format I am unable to give you individual guidance like I would do in person, some basic experience is recommended.

Tuesdays 6.30-7.45 PM Mindful Flow Yoga
The focus in my yoga classes is in combining the breath and movement, safe alignment and a holistic, peaceful approach that leads into a heightened sense of awareness and a more balanced, calmer nervous system. Rather than reaching for extremities, we work on the qualities of presence and consciousness through the body. I will energetically hold space for you to connect deeply with yourself and practice in a sustainable way, leaving the class relaxed and refreshed. For the class you will need the Zoom app on your phone or computer, a mat to practice on, a blanket or a pillow and a space where you will not be disturbed.
Thursdays 6.45-8 PM Movement Research and Dance Improvisation
This class invites everyone to curiously explore creative movement, body & sensory awareness, imagination and play in whatever kind of home space you have. Different kinds of improvisational tasks playfully, through the body, engage us with the present moment and open our fields of awareness to create a heightened sense of connection with our mody-mind-spirit-selves and the surroundings. By fully immersing ourselves into the immediacy of the tasks and information that they hold, our state of consciousness is invited to be transformed into a receptive, instinctive, curious, playful state. We start with a tune in / warm up from where we will approach into different kinds of movement exploration tasks related to a theme and you will work on each individually. There will be a music for each task in a Spotify playlist that I will be sending you. In between songs I will add on more instructions that will build on each other. We will finish the class with a relaxation to integrate the process.
Saturdays 5.00-6.15 PM Yoga Deep Relax
On a break
The focus in my yoga classes is safe alignment and a holistic, peaceful approach that leads into a heightened sense of awareness and a more balanced, calmer nervous system. In the deep relax - class we combine gentle movement, stretching/ mobilisation and breathwork with longer held positions inspired by yin- and restorative yoga, finishing with a deep full body relaxation. For the class you will need the Zoom app on your phone or computer, a mat to practice on, a blanket, a couple of pillows and a space where you will not be disturbed.
